Equestrian Consulting - We have been advising clients on equestrian facilities for over a decade. Equestrian Construction - We have been involved in the construction of private equestrian facilities ranging from a two and one-half acre residential facility to a three hundred and fifty acre planned equestrian community. These equestrian facilities and projects include polo complexes with exercise tracks, stick and ball fields, barns and staff quarters, grand prix rings with amenities such as turf jumps, water jumps and bridle trails. Dressage rings, sand rings and multi-purpose event fields are all a part of the equestrian facilities constructed by Forest Hill Construction Company. Construction of equestrian facilities is rarely limited to the equestrian facilities alone. Total site improvements such as clearing, earthwork, water distribution, wastewater control, storm drainage and access roads are all a part of our complete package.
Project Management - We are fully staffed with professional and experienced personnel who are capable of coordinating and supervising all phases of an equestrian project. This includes site selection and layout; site, architectural and landscape design; irrigation, surveying, permits and governmental requirements, drainage, utilities, site construction, barn and residence construction and any other aspect of this type facility.
This type management is fast becoming a requirement for Equine and Equestrian facilities in that the Project Manager is directly responsible for the initiation, schedule, budgetary and quality completion requirements of the project - thus, allowing the Owner/Client to direct all communication to one source - and receiving his day to day progress and activity reports from one source.
Turf Management - The establishment of turf is an area in which we excel. Providing our clients with experienced staff who can recommend and produce the best growing medium for turf grass is but one of the many services offered by Forest Hill Construction Company.
Site Construction - We have been the site development contractor on numerous public and private projects. This work includes land clearing, earthwork, storm drainage improvements, water distribution, waste water collection systems, reuse water distribution systems, roadways and parking lot construction. We excel in areas where soil conditions are difficult and construction schedules limited.
