We were, from the beginning of this project, responsible for overall coordination between all principals (architects, engineers, builders, etc.) , involved in project completion - in addition, we dealt with the Owner on matters of personal consideration. We also were involved in the design of all Equestrian Rings. This includes the selection and combinations of the various materials used for both Sand and Grand Prix Rings. John Goodman, Owner   Everglades Polo Wellington, Florida Development of an 80 acre Polo Estate consisting of 6 - 10 acre tracts, an International Polo Field and exercise track. Began construction 09-21-96. Completed Polo field 01-15-97. On-site excavation produced six 2.0 acre lakes. Excavation operation consisted of 200,000 cubic yards of on site muck disposal, 400,000 cubic yards rock excavation and 400,000 cubic yards sand backfill. Total excavation of one million cubic yards. Project included all storm drainage access and interior roads, and primary landscaping.
